“After 15 years in the house, it was time for a redecoration. But this time, no more pale white walls – I was looking for something with attitude, and something that reflected more of "me" rather than "the times".
I said to the interior designer: Rule No. 1, no cushions. Rule No. 2, no wallpaper. We compromised – there are no cushions in the house. However, after showing me the fantastic wallpapers available today, I was sold on the concept.
Choosing and procuring wallpapers is relatively easy, but installing them is not! That's where the team at Braddock Painting & Decorating came into play. My house is architecturally designed, i.e. sloping ceilings, various angles, and considerable open light windows and doors across multiple levels. The team at Braddock Painting & Decorating had the complex challenge of sizing and fitting these various international papers and murals so that the central theme remained constant and level throughout, in relation to the abstract space it was being applied to.
